Mohite, an experienced engineer, who has passed Post graduate diploma in Products Engineering with distinction from F.T.I. (German Collaboration) Bangalore in 1975, studied NDT -through IISc and Jigs - fixtures at NPC Bangalore, Post graduate diploma in Product Management from St Joseph College of Business Management.

Its founder, Mr. Kiran M. Mohite, has a boundless enthusiasm. He has spent 10 years in Wipro (FPD), Bangalore. He has visited United Kingdom to attend 'Programming on CNCs and proveouts conducted by Cincinnati milacron Birmingham. He decided to start his own business in 1986 with the manufacturing of hydraulic equipments; SPMs etc. His expertise and futuristic vision led to the launch of 'Machinery World' in 1990’s for marketing and consultancy for industrial machineries.
